Something like that's happened to my guild's alliance. My guild leader had good friends (At that time they were good) so he trusted them to make their own guilds and have an Alliance. Then guess what, that friend decided to go Luxon, and well, they don't talk to each other anymore.

I bet he doesn't even have 3 members in his guild though.

Depend if any old officers will step up and keep the old guildies together. Some of the guild allies has already left, our forum are full of people saying good bye.

Yes it has its perks. Seeing how SFK and SMS are two fairly prominent guilds around this community, them allied has been a good thing so far.

I sometimes thought about leaving my guild, even though I've been in it for a quite a few months. Almost a year if you count when we were in alliance.

I thought about leaving SFK once, but that was when things were hetic and we were in the middle of alot of e-drama. Luckily it cooled down and I stayed.

Ya luckily not much came out of it. Just had some members leave, and one officer. Which wasn't bad considering what could of been.
